	Vintage Hot Rod Design and Fabrication opened in the spring of 2003. The shop owner, Dave Davidson, has been involved in the building of classic cars and hot rods since he was a teenager. Dave built the shop to be appealing to both the serious hot rod enthusiast as well as the general public. The shop and showroom take you back to the 50's with its nostalgic look. Inside the show room you will find classic autos, antiques, clothing, memorabilia and lots of hot rod related merchandise. Come in and check out the shop and meet our friendly, knowledgeable staff!

	John Beck moved his business to Chico from Orange County in 2006. Pro Machine did a great deal of business for 25 years in O.C., providing top of the line machine work, engine building, design and testing. John “specializes in not specializing.” Upon the move north, John decided to step it up a notch, purchasing all new CNC block machines, computer controlled dynamic balancing machines and more. Also, he saw a need for a good, reputable Dyno in the area, so a DTS Power Mark was purchased and set up in one of the most reputable Dyno cells ever built. A walk through the shop will reveal everything from antique engines to cutting edge sprint car engines and everything in between. John feels lucky to be working alongside Dave Davidson and his crew inside one of the most high profile rod shops in Northern Cali. Along with his lead machinist, Russ Beck (No relation) and Dyno specialist, Erik Wells, John can make your engine dreams come true!
